Shipping policy

We've tried to keep shipping costs as simple as possible.

If you're in the US:

  • Shipping is FREE for orders over $50
  • Shipping is $7 for orders less than that
  • Shipping is via USPS or UPS

If you're in Canada:

  • Shipping is $11, no matter how much you buy
  • Shipping is usually via Asendia USA and is delivered within 1-3+ weeks. If you need it FAST, email us before you order so we can figure out a different service/rate.

If you're anywhere else:

  • Shipping is $15, no matter how much you buy
  • Shipping is usually via Asendia USA and is delivered within 1-3+ weeks. If you need it FAST, email us before you order so we can figure out a different service/rate.

All items are shipped as soon as possible; normally within 24 hours. We normally purchase insurance from a 3rd party when it's not included (or isn't sufficient) with the delivery service that we're using. We always record the actual value on customs forms - sorry, we can't change that amount for you.
